My name is Ben Kandel and I believe there is nothing more satisfying than helping people reach their life goals. I myself have struggled with finding the right help and support while trying to reach my own anxiety, career, and relationship goals. I know how difficult it can be to find the right therapist and mentor to understand you, and help you change your life.
When I found the right support, I was able to gain a clearer perspective on life and make the changes I wanted to see. My experiences have taught me that my unique approach can help clients transform their lives.

I received my Master of Arts in Counseling from St. Edward’s University in Austin and am a License Professional Counselor in the state of Texas. My perspective and expertise as a therapist, comes from being a husband, father, and NCAA gymnast at the University of Massachusetts.
